All orders from W.I.N.O.S. are shipped via UPS. We offer standard and express delivery. Orders are processed and shipped within 2-7 days.
Standard shipping costs for US (excluding Alaska and Hawaii):
Orders up to $25 shipping will be $8.95
Orders up to $50 shipping will be $10.95
Orders up to $75 shipping will be $11.95
Orders up to $100 shipping will be $12.95
Orders up to $150 shipping will be 14.95
Orders up to $200 shipping will be $21.95
Orders up to $201 to $350 shipping will be $30.00
For orders over $350, please call or e-mail us for a shipping quote.
Express delivery is guaranteed within 2 business days from the time your order is received. If for any reason we can not meet this deadline, a W.I.N.O.S. representative will contact you. We apologize Express delivery is not available outside the continental US. Please e-mail for a shipping quote outside the US.
Please send us a street address and zip code so we can ship your products to you on a timely basis. UPS will not ship to a PO Box, APO/FPO addresses. UPS also does not provide for Sunday or Holiday delivery. UPS does not require a signature for delivery. They will leave your package at the safest place possible at your address. We need your e-mail address so UPS can let you know when your package has been delivered.
SALES TAX
Sales tax is only charged for orders that are shipped in North Carolina.
PAYMENT
We accept Master Card, Visa, American Express and Discover. Your card is not charged until we ship your order. Your invoice will be enclosed with your package.
PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
We pride ourselves on keeping an updated inventory; however, on occasion, we sell out of a product faster than we planned. If we are out of stock on an item, we will e-mail, fax or call you before we complete your order.
CHANGES TO YOUR ORDER
If you need to change or cancel your order for any reason, please contact us immediately. We will be more than happy to accommodate your needs as long as the shipment hasn’t left our warehouse. Once your products have been shipped, we cannot make changes to or cancel your order. Please understand shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We will be happy to accept a return or exchange purchased through www.winoshavefun.com as long the product has not been worn or used. If you want to EXCHANGE an item, please call or e-mail us to be sure we have the item you want in stock. We are sorry that shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Returns cannot be accepted after 30 days of purchase date.
