SHIPPING AND HANDLING
All orders from W.I.N.O.S.® are shipped via FedEx Ground. Orders are processed and shipped from North Carolina usually within 48 hours.
Online orders can only be shipped within the continental United States. Please call 1-888-488-9466 to phone in your order to Canada, and other NON-US destinations. FedEx will not ship to a PO Box or APO/FPO address, and does not deliver on Sundays or holidays. A signature is not required for delivery. The carrier will leave your package at the safest place possible at your address. Shipping and handling charges are determined by the weight of your order.
Sales tax is only charged for retail orders that are shipped within the state of North Carolina.
We accept Master Card, Visa, American Express and Discover. Your card is not charged until we ship your order. Your invoice will be enclosed with your package.
We pride ourselves on keeping an updated inventory; however, on occasion, we sell out of a product faster than we planned. If we are out of stock on an item, we will call, e-mail or fax you before we complete your order.
CHANGES TO YOUR ORDER
If you need to change or cancel your order for any reason, please contact us immediately. We will be more than happy to accommodate your needs as long as the shipment hasn’t left our warehouse. Once your products have been shipped, we cannot make changes to or cancel your order. Please understand shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We will be happy to accept a return or exchange purchased through www.winoshavefun.com as long the product has not been worn or used. If you want to EXCHANGE an item, please call or e-mail us to be sure we have the item you want in stock. We are sorry that shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Returns cannot be accepted after 30 days of purchase date.
